What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We ship via USPS for all deliveries within the United States. We only ship to U.S. addresses and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We usually have a 3-7 shipping period.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not ship international. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Can I order at wholesale?

We do B2B wholesaling. Please reach out to us at online@militarymobile.net with the subject "resell." We will reach out to you about this within 24-72 hours.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

If you ever need to return or exchange your product, please ensure that the product is in it's original selling condition. Please send an email support@militarymobile.net for further information. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, not Military Mobile. We allows a 7 day refund period from the day of receiving/delivery.

With exceptions to this, brand name product must come back with their case and original package in original selling condition. Headsets and headphones (both over-the-ear and in-ear) are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for any manufacture defect within 30 days.

*The following items are non-refundable: PopSockets™, Tempered Glass, Magnet Plates, Stick-on or adhesive items (wallet sticky, etc), Headphones, Magic Mounts™, Repair services, battery banks/packs, & wireless charging pads.

My Rosetta Stone is having issues!

Please email us at support@militarymobile.net so we may try to fix this issue. There is the rare occasion where the activation code may have been deactivated due to the length of its activity and can be fixed within 72 hours. If we deem it out of our hands, we will recommend you to contacting Rosetta Stone.
