Warranty Information

The warranty provided by Military Mobile is good for repair services up to 30 days of the repair date. If the our repaired equipment/item* is having issues without physical damages, bring it back to one of our locations, a manager or current tech will look into the situation, and, if needed, replace the equipment*.

We can only cover what we are repairing . If there are any other issues with the device, let the staff know to allow them to be wary and possibly fix the issue for you. We cannot cover any issues that is not a part of the equipment being serviced or deemed to be caused by Military Mobile. We cannot offer refunds for repairs if we do not receive our parts, especially in cases if the customer goes a third-party and does obtain our screen.

Reasons the policy can be voided:

  • If any third-party personnel opens the device we have serviced. Due to the nature of electronics, it is hard to determine the fault of the issue if another party operates on the device.

  • Any kind of liquid damage (Water damage) or physical damage (including LCD cracks, excluding ‘iPhone OLED’s Amended Policy’).

  • OR, if you bring in your own replacement part, the warranty will be voided.

  • Any physical damage to the screen or any additional body damage not notated in our system, applies to screen repairs. (Cracked Glass, damaged LCD etc.)

Examples: If you are getting a screen replacement, we will replace only the screen under warranty if it is the cause of the issue(s). If it is another matter that is not caused by Military Mobile, we cannot cover it under our warranty AND/OR if you bring in your own part, we cannot cover the part if it is defective.

*Our product/equipment must be returned or warranty is not applicable/voided.

iPhone OLED Amended Policy: iPhone OLED type screen replacements are now covered under physical damage ONLY IF the glass is not damaged in any manner. If the OLED layer under the glass is damaged, we will do a screen replacement under labor + warranty. Labor is charged to the customer based on the type of device being worked on.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns:

To be able to receive a refund, the customer must provide a dated receipt. This refund policy does not pertain to any Rosetta Stone™, services done by repair, or wear-n-tear. Any disputes will be handled by manager on-duty. This policy allows returns up to 7 days of the date on the receipt*. Beyond the 7 days, the sale becomes final. Any product not returned with its original packaging and/or is missing any parts that came with the product can be denied a refund. Name brand products must come back with its original package and contents in mint resell condition. If no retail package is present, the return can be denied. All items in-store or online have a 25% Restocking fee applied to returns.

*The following items are non-refundable: PopSockets™, Axiom Armor™ Screen Protectors, Tempered Glass, Casper™ Tempered Glass, Magnet Plates, Stick-on or adhesive items (wallet sticky, etc), Headphones, Magic Mounts™, Repair services, battery banks/packs, & wireless charging pads.

Exchanges:

In the event of an exchange, the customer must provide a dated receipt. This is valid as long as the product is in "new" condition*, showing no signs of damage, wear-n-tear, or not tampered with or altered with, and must come back in its original packaging (including any parts that come with the product). The exchange policy allows up to 30 days of the receipt date*. Beyond the 30 days, the sale becomes final. No exceptions.

Screen Protector Policy:

TEMPERED GLASS IS NON-REFUNDABLE. The customer can have the screen protector replaced with a new one if it is not correctly placed or has fallen off due to manufacturer's defects within 3 days of the date on the receipt. Anything beyond the 3 days of the dated receipt cannot be exchanged nor refunded (sale is final).

Axiom Armor™ SCREEN PROTECTORS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The customer can have the screen protector replaced with a new one if it is not correctly placed or has fallen off due to manufacturer's defects within 3 days of the date on the receipt. Anything beyond the 3 days of the dated receipt cannot be exchanged nor refunded (sale is final).

Casper™ Glass. Our new and improved glass comes with a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. If the screen protector is cracked, we will replace the old screen protector with a brand new one for a deductible! The deductible is $5 for clear glass and $10 for privacy glass. In order to obtain this warranty, PROOF OF PURCHASE must be presented, and the OLD SCREEN PROTECTOR must be returned to us in order to use the warranty. This warranty is an exchange program. Otherwise, the full price is required in order to replace the old glass without proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and can only be used for the originally purchased model.

If the product was taken home and not installed by a Military Mobile staff member, there is no warranty given to the customer. 

Headphones Return Policy:

Military Mobile will no longer accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for headphones. Even with a receipt, if the customer leaves the store with the product, the item will be immediately non-refundable. Headphones, wireless (Bluetooth), wired, or any other variation will be non-refundable. This is due to our new hygienic policy that protects our customers. In the event of unsatisfactory standards, we may offer in-store credit.

Deposits

(Including Special Orders) As of June 4th, 2019, all order and special orders require a full deposit paid upfront. All deposits paid towards a repair are partially non-refundable as we use these to purchase the screens. Cancellations will induce a 30% cancellation fee of the repair price, or the individual repair item's repair price. The deposit will be used to pay for the 30% cancellation fee and the remaining 70% will be returned to the original payment method (unless forfeited). Deposit is forfeit after 30 days of the parts arrival. The customer has a period of 14 days before Military Mobile will send back the ordered part if not claimed. This is to reduce the number of unused parts within our facilities. You may request us to extend this policy at Military Mobile’s discretion. Call us to inform of the situation on so Military Mobile will not mail your part back. Deposits are not forfeited if we send back the part, except after 30 days of part’s arrival.

As of Feb 14th, 2018 and before June 4th, 2019, All deposits paid towards a repair are non-refundable as we use these to purchase the screens. Cancellations will induce a 30% cancellation fee, including forfeit of the deposit, of the repair price, or the individual repair item's repair price, if a repair has started. Deposits will count towards the 30% cancellation fee. If we are holding or storing the device while the order has been cancelled, the customer is agreeing to pay for the 30% cancellation fee before the device is released back to the customer.
